Happy Wednesday! I am back with another look from our NYC trip! This particular day was rainy and cold as you can probably guess from the pics. I was not very prepared with the weather being cold, and ended up purchasing this drape cardigan from Forever 21 while we were there. I immediately loved the drape style when I tried it on because it really flatters the front of the outfit. So needless to say, I found a new closet staple favorite! The material is very lightweight making it perfect for spring and even early fall. I might just even try pairing it with shorts for a beach trip in a few months! I am also loving this striped pastel top that I purchased from Francescas. I feel like this blouse is so “me” in that it is classic with pops of color. I just noticed that it is on sale right now for $31, so snag it soon! There are not a lot left!
Moving on to the life saver of this outfit are my loafers from Eastland. I reviewed these loafers in a recent blog post and talked all about how they are super comfy. I put them to the test while in NYC, and am bragging on them once again. If you have every been to NY, you know how much walking you do, and that it is a must have to find comfortable shoes. I am SO impressed with how comfy these loafers were to walk literally all day in, and I even had to make myself switch shoes for more variety because they were all I wanted to wear. I HIGHLY recommend!
