One of my favorite accessories is handbags, But believe it or not, I only have three! I am honestly very picky when it comes to handbags and really try to find ones that will match any outfit and will work for any season. My first one I bought was my brown Tory Burch and I have never been happier with that purchase. Like I mentioned before, I am very picky with handbags and it took me a while to settle on this one, but I still use it after 2 years and am very pleased with the quality. Sadly, these “York Totes” are not available anymore (grrr) but there is a very similar version…Which I am now wanting! The one I linked above is also brown and has many zippers for all of your goodies. I also have carried my laptop with me in this purse and it fit PERFECTLY! If you are looking for a medium size basic tote, that matches every outfit and works year round, I think this one is a great fit for you.
My next handbag purchase was my Barrington Gifts tote. This tote is wonderful for carrying everything you need and more! I am actually carrying this tote on the daily right now because of how much stuff will fit in it. I remember saying “There is no way I will be able to fill this bag up” however, I was SO wrong. At times, I carry my laptop, camera, books all at once along with my other daily handbag essentials, and can find more room for things! I seriously feel like Mary Poppins sometimes when I start pulling everything out of it! Haha! Also, Konnor calls it my daily suitcase (LOL). All of this to say that this tote is perfect for those of you who tend to carry a lot of things on the daily…Like new moms!
My Last handbag is my pale pink cross-body that I picked up in Dallas a few months ago. As Spring and Summer approaches, I wanted a simple cross-body bag that I could carry when going shopping, to dinner, or anything that I wouldn’t need a lot of things with me. I find that this cross-body is very lightweight and the perfect size to fit a few necessities (like my phone, cards, sunglasses). I purchased this bag at a new place I found in Dallas called “American Threads” but sadly, I cannot find the exact bag (again…grrr). Happily, I found a very similar one here that I like just as much and is on sale for $30! Even better!
What all three of these bags have in common, is that they are staple bags for any season! I have worn all of these bags with multiple outfits, and because of the natural colors, they match perfectly with any look. Which one of these is your favorite!? Leave a comment below!
